  • The applicant can obtain European patent in one signle patent registration centralized, cost – effective and time-saving procedure and after the European patent validation can obtain patent protection in up to 38 European countries, members of the European Patent Organization plus after the validation /extension can get European patent protection in up to 6 additional countries  which are not members of the European Patent Convention (EPC) (at 05.02.2020 / in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Morocco, Moldova, Tunisia and Cambodia).
